1) That the application is certified as urgent
2) The application to be served within 7 days
3) Response to be filed within 14 days after service
4)I Inter parties hearing on 16th January 2024 before the presiding Judge of the division Hon Justice Nduma Nderi
5) The Respondent to pay the Petitioner all pending dues as per Court Order issued by this Honourable court on 15th November 2023 within 7 days unless they have already settled the same.
