I have read the applicant's application dated 15 April 2024 filed under a certificate of urgency of even date. Considering that the action or actions complained of occurred in November 2023, I am not satisfied that the application is urgent. Nonetheless, leave is granted for the applicant to file a judicial review application for reliefs in terms of prayers 2 and 3 of the chamber summons. The motion shall be filed and served within 7 days of the date of this ruling. The respondents shall file and serve their response within 7 days of the date of service of the applicant's motion. The main motion shall be mentioned on 13 May 2024 for directions on its disposal. It is so ordered.
