1. I have considered the certificate of urgency dated 15th May 2026 , vide which the Respondents/Applicants seek stay of execution of the judgment of this Court, as prayed for in the Notice of Motion application dated 6th May 2026 .
2. I am not persuaded that any orders ought to issue at this stage. There is no evidence that execution is imminent. In the circumstances, the Notice of Motion dated 6th May 2026 shall be heard on 2nd June 2026 as earlier scheduled.
