This matter is not coming up for judgment but it was erroneoulsy entered so in the CTS.
I have read the appellant's notice of withdrawal of appeal dated 7th October 2025.
Consequently, the appeal is marked as withdrawn and the file closed.
But, there is no other option in the CTS to close this file once it had been entered as a judgment other than to retain the title of judgment and have it closed as such.
