RULING

The application dated 29/04/2023 be and is hereby compromised by consent in the following manner:-

  1. The Petitioner  and the 6th Respondent will maintain the status quo in terms of occupation as exists today pending the hearing and determination of the substantive Petition.
  2. The Petitioner and the 6th Respondent will not in any way interfere with the ownership documents of the property known as LR. Transmara/Nkararo/564 until determination of the substantive Petition.
