RULING

The Application dated 16/08/24 be and is hereby compromised by consent in the following manner:

1. The 1^st Defendant who is the registered owner of the property known as L.R No. Transmara/Olomismis/1411 which is in dispute is hereby prohibited by way of an injunction from alienating and any other parting with ownership of the property pending the hearing and determination of this suit.
2. There will be no orders as to costs on this Application.
