1. Before me is a Chamber Summons application dated 14th April 2025, vide which the applicant seeks the rectification of an error in the judgment.
2. I have perused the Originating Summons and the supporting documents. I note that, indeed, the applicants sought to have the name of the child changed to CARREN AKINYI OLILA HALOWE. The proposed name stated in the judgment was, therefore, erroneous.
3. In the circumstances, I allow the application dated 14th April 2025 as prayed and order that the name of the child be stated as being CARREN AKINYI OLILA HALOWE.
