This court has looked at The Application dated 6.8.24 as well as the supporting documents therein.
The court is satisfied that the application meets the threshold for the grant of leave under Order 53 of the Civil Procedure Rules and the same is allowed in the following terms:
1) Leave is granted in line with prayer 3.
2) The Applicant shall file and serve the substantive Application within 14 days.
3) The Respondents shall file and serve its responses within 14 days of the date of service.
4) The Applicant shall thereafter file and serve its submissions within 7 days of the date of service.
5) The Respondents shall file and serve their submissions within 7 days thereafter.
6) The matter shall be mentioned on 28.1.25 to confirm compliance.
