1. I have considered the Appellant’s notice of motion dated 21.6.2024 and the supporting affidavit of James Mundia Okwemba sworn on even date and I do note that save for seeking stay of execution pending hearing and determination of this application there is no substantive prayer wherefore I am unable to comprehend the purpose of the stay orders sought.
2. Premised on the above finding I do hereby make the following orders:
1. The application is dismissed for want of merit.
