I have seen the application dated 11 July 2025 filed under certificate of urgency.
The substantive prayer that it seeks is for interim orders of injunction pending inter partes hearing of an application dated 18 June 2025. I already considered the application dated 18 June 2025 which itself was also filed under certificate of urgency and which also had a request for interim orders. I was not persuaded to grant any. I find the filing of a subsequent application again seeking interim orders which the court did not give in the first instance to be an abuse of the process of court. I already directed that the application dated 18 June 2025 be served and be heard inter partes on 23 July 2025. Those are the orders that the applicant needs to abide by.
I see no substance in this application and it is hereby struck out.
