1. I have considered the Notice of Motion dated 26th January 2026 , the supporting affidavit that Mr. Jeremiah Kiarie Muchendu, the auctioneer, has sworn, and the annexures attached thereto.
2. I am satisfied that there is a valid decree of this Court which has not been executed to date. The applicant contends that he has not been able to attach the movable assets of the decree holder, as they are hostile, and that the orders he seeks are necessary and shall aid execution. I am satisfied that the application has merit. In the circumstances, the same is allowed as prayed.
3. Prayers 2 and 3 of the said Motion are allowed as prayed.
4. The costs of the application shall be borne by the Respondent.
