1. I have considered the Application dated 5th February 2025 together with the affidavit filed in support. The Applicant's Advocate seeks to seize acting for his client.
2. I note that the application was served, and an affidavit of service is on file.
3. The application is not opposed.
4. I see no prejudice in granting the orders sought.
5. The application is allowed as prayed for save for costs. The applicant shall bear its own costs.
