I have read the applicant's application dated 4 March 2025 filed under a certificate of urgency of even date. I am not satisfied that the application is urgent owing to to the fact that the statutory notice was issued in 2023. Nonetheless, i direct that the application be served for directions on the manner of its disposal on 19 March 2025. It is so ordered.
