RULING
I have considered the Notice of Motion dated 30/12/2022 by the applicant lodged on 2/1/2023. I have also considered the supporting affidavit of Cornelius Kigera.
I have considered the reasons advanced for the delay in presenting the relevant security document for registration at the necessary registry and I am satisfied with the same. In this regard I allow the application as follows: -
a) the application is allowed a sprayed.
b) the time for registration is hereby extended for 30 days from the date hereof as prayed.
c) This file is now marked as closed.
