1. The convict’s appeal vide HCCRA No. E011 of 2024 was dismissed on 19th June 2024.2. Sentence revision is declined. The convict to refund the complainant the money as ordered by the court and to pay the fine. He defrauded the complainant huge sums of money and the complainant was never interviewed for the views on non-custodial sentence with no reasons given yet he lost over Kshs.320,000 to the convict herein.
3. Sentence revision is declined. Convict to serve full sentence imposed and be fully rehabilitated to respect people’s hard earned cash and property.
