' 1. I have perused the Notice of Motion dated 25th September 2025 vide which the applicant seeks to have the application dated 12th September 2025 and the order issued on 16th September 2025 served on the 1st respondent by substituted means.
2. I am satisfied that the applicant has made a concerted effort to serve the 1st respondent. Despite the said efforts, it has not been possible to effect service as the whereabouts of the 1st respondent have not been established. The matter is due for hearing on the 30th September 2025. Time is therefore of the essence.
3. Under the circumstances, I allow the application dated 25th September 2025 as prayed.
