1. I have considered the undated application filed herein on 19.5.25 .
2. The same prima facie relates to an employment matters.
3. Article 165 (5) (a) of the Constitution bars this court from Usurping the Jurisdicition of the courts of equal status .

5. I proceed to strike out the petition for want of Jurisdiction.
