' 1. I have considered the Notice of Motion dated 4th September 2025. The said Motion seeks to have the time within which the deposit ordered by the Court may be made, extended by a further period of 30 days. This Court heard the previous application of the Appellant/Applicant on 25th August 2025 and ordered that the sum be deposited within three days thereof.
2. The Appellant/Applicant did not comply with the previous orders of the Court. In the affidavit in support of the application, the deponent states that the processes of the Appellant/Applicant are bureaucratic, as it is a parastatal, and that the previous timeline was too short. Noting that the advocate for the Respondent did not oppose the previous application, and to make the best use of the Court''s time, I am inclined to allow the application strictly on condition that the deposit is made within 14 days of the date hereof.
3. Under the circumstances, I allow the Notice of Motion dated 4th September 2025 on condition that the deposit of the sum ordered by the Court be made into the Court''s account within 14 days thereof.
4. The costs of the application shall be in the appeal.
