'1. Respondent to serve its submissions before end of 21/11/2025.
2. Petitioner to file/serve submissions before the end of 28/11/2025.
3. Pending Ruling on the Motion, the Court directs: -
(i) The decretal sum to be deposited into Court on or before end of 1/12/2025.
(ii) Upon depositing the amounts in Court, the order committing the Chair, County Public Service Board and County Secretary are stayed pending the Ruling of the Court.
(iii) Ruling on 5/2/2026.
The amount to be deposited in Court is as set out in the Respondent’s letter dated 26/9/2025, less any taxes or other payments subject to other legal proceedings.
