I have seen the application dated 4 June 2025 though filed on 12 June 2025.
The only substantive order that I see is an order for this court to grant leave for the law firm of M/s EM Juma & Ombui Advocates to come on record in place of the County Attorney, for the respondents. I have seen the letter of instruction, and the consent between the County Attorney, Kisii, formerly on record for the respondents, and the said law firm of M/s EM Juma & Ombui Advocates. There is already judgment in the matter hence the application for leave to come on record pursuant to Order 9 Rule 9.
I have no reason to decline the application. It is hereby allowed ex parte. Nevertheless, a copy of the application be served upon counsel for the petitioner for their records.
Henceforth, the respondents be deemed as being represented by the law firm of M/s EM Juma & Ombui Advocates.
There are no orders as to costs.
