The Notice of Motion application dated 21st August 2025 seeks for an order of transfer of case number NYANDO MELC NO E017 OF 2022 to this court for hearing and disposal.

The application which was supported by the grounds in the Supporting Affidavit sworn on 21st August 2022 was not opposed. Affidavit of Service sworn by Jared Sala advocate 3rd September 2025 shows that the Respondent was served with the application on 25th August 2025.

I have considered the grounds upon which the application is made and find that the application is merited and hereby allow it with no order as to costs.

Orders accordingly.
