SENTENCE REVIEW
From MAKUENI MCCRC E 595 of 2023
1. This matter is before me for purposes of revision under the decongestion exercise by the Judiciary vide memo dated 13th March 2024.
2. The convict was sentenced to fine of Ksh 20,000 in default 6 months’ imprisonment on 27th November 2023 and was in custody from 24th November 2023.
4. The sentence is revised to the period already served.
5. He be set at liberty unless otherwise legally held.
