RULING
1. Whereas this file had been listed for revision of the applicant’s sentence in line with the judiciary’s prison decongestion exercise, I have upon perusal of the trial file MCTRE 01728/2026, established that the applicants Kennedy Bwire, Robert Mwangi, Rufaa Mwangi and Hillam Maina, who were convicted of the offence of riding on a dangerous position contrary to sections 61(1) as read with section 67 of the Traffic Act CAP 403 of the Laws of Kenya and sentenced on 25.3.2026 to pay a fine of Ksh 5,000 or serve 2 months custodial sentence, have already paid their fines.
2. Premised upon the reasons aforesaid, this file is hereby marked as closed.
