Kenagro Suppliers Limited VS Business Registration Service (BRS)

I have read the applicant's application dated 27 February 2024 filed under a certificate of urgency of even date. If the application is of 27 February 2024, there is no reason why it should be certified urgent two months down the line. Further, I note the action complained of is said to have happened way back in November 2023. For these reasons, I am not satisfied that this application is urgent. I direct that the application be served for hearing inter partes on 29th of April 2024. It is so ordered.
