RULING
I have considered the Motion on Notice dated 10/1/2023 together with the supporting affidavit thereto. I have also considered the provisions of the law relied on. I am satisfied that the application is urgent and I certify the same as such and admit it to hearing during the current Court Vacation.
Having considered the same as aforesaid, I find the application to be meritorious and I allow the same as prayed. The time sought is hereby extended for 30 days from the date of this ruling. This file is now marked as closed.
