SENTENCE REVIEW
2. The convict was sentenced to fine Ksh 50,000 in addition to compensating the complainant the cost of the m/bike at Ksh 150,000 i/d 2 years’ imprisonment on 30/11/ 2023 and was in custody from 5/6/2023
3. I have perused the Probation Report filed on 18th March 2024. It is recommended that the offender serves Community Service for 13 months at the Kilyungi Secondary School under the supervision of the Principal Mr. Musema
4. The sentence is revised accordingly.
In addition, the Compensation Order remains in force. The Community Service Officer too facilitate resolution of that issue.
5. The Offender is to serve Community Service for 13 months at the Kilyungi Secondary School.
6. Community Service Order to issue accordingly
