This matter was slated for ruling on 7.6.24 during the recess by consent of the parties.
However, the court is unable to handle this matter further owing to a conflict of interest that has arisen since the ruling date was assigned.
In the circumstances, I do hereby refer this matter to the Presiding Judge for further directions.
