1. The application dated 13th February 2024 is hereby allowed as prayed. It is not opposed.
2. I hereby enter judgment in the sum of Kshs.5,349,920.00 in favour of the applicant as against the respondent as per the Certificate of Taxation dated 1st February 2024.
3. I also award the applicant interest at 14% from the date of the Award made by the Deputy Registrar until payment in full. I also grant costs of the application to the applicant. A decree shall issue.
