The applicant in the application dated 22.05.2023 seeks as order that the court adopt the decision of the Dispute Resolution Committee of the 2nd Respondent delivered on 18th May 2023. The Applicant admits that it has not filed the constitutive documents that govern the operations of the 1st Defendant. This is a fundamental document without which the court cannot discern the effect of the decision of the internal dispute resolution body on the proposed elections which are scheduled today, 24.05.2023. Further, since the decision is of an internal body of the 1st Respondent, it is expected that the 1st Respondent will comply with its directions of its own body.
The application dated 22.05.2023 is struck but with no order as to costs.
