1. I have considered the notice of motion dated 9.5.2024 and the supporting affidavit of Juliet Akinyi Dima of even date. I have also considered the submissions of Mr. Kwaro and I do note that the application is unopposed and I thus allow it and make the following orders:-
1. The certificate of costs dated 5.4.2023 for a sum of Kshs.111,034 is hereby adopted as a judgment of this court.
2. The judgment shall attract and interest at the rate of 14% from 5.4.2023 until payment in full.
3. The Applicant is awarded costs of this application assessed at Kshs.20,000.
