1. The Land Registrar Uasin Gishu County be and is hereby directed to record an Order of Inhibition of the properties known as L.R Eldoret Municipality Block 24 (Kipkenyo) 2268, 2269, 2270, 2271, 2354, 2355 and 2373 pending the hearing and determination of the suit.
2. The costs of the application will abide the outcome of the main suit.
