I have read the application dated 16 July 2025 filed under a certficate of urgency of even date. The application is certfied urgent. However, considering that there is no pending appeal at the moment, there is no basis upon which the Honourable Court can grant stay of execution. Neither can the appeal be reinstated without hearing the respondents. In the circumstances, I direct that the application be served for directions before the presiding judge Voi on 4 August 2025. It is so ordered.
