I have considered the First and Second Defendants’ application for adjournment and the submissions by the parties.

The matter is partly heard. Hearing of the Plaintiff’s case commenced on 22nd January 2025 and was closed on 27th March 2025. DW1’s testimony was completed on 28th May 2025. Today’s date for further defence hearing was fixed by consent in open court. There was no indication at that point that there would be an application to join a third party.

I further note that Mr Sala came on record in July and did not file the application until yesterday.

I find no merit in the application for adjournment. I dismiss it. Hearing to proceed.
