SENTENCE REVIEW
1. This matter is before me for purposes of revision under the decongestion exercise by the Judiciary vide memo dated 13th March 2024.
2. The convict was sentenced to Five years imprisonment on 21st September 2023 having been in custody from 7th September 2023 , for the offence of threatening to kill his father.
4. He is said to have two previous convictions but the files mentioned as CRC 99/22, 88/22 were not availed.
5. The previous files be availed for the perusal of this court
6. Mention before the DR within 14 days for the two files to be made available and thereafter before me for directions.
