' Ruling
Upon Reading the notice of Motion under certification by Mr. Robert Ndubi Advocate and supported by the sworn Affidavit of Josephine Jepkorir Rotich all evenly dated 18th November 2025 this court finds that no prejudice shall be occasioned with the hearing of the same ex-parte and dispensing with need to serve the same.
The court thus certifies the same as appropriately urgent for hearing and proceeds to allow the same on the following terms;
The Ruling scheduled for the 20th November 2025 is hereby arrested pending the withdrawal of the Application.
The Ex-parte Applicants shall file and serve a notice of withdrawal within the next 14days from the date hereof.
A mention date to confirm filing of notice of withdrawal shall be assigned by the Court Assistant court number 3
