I have read the applicant's application dated 23 June 2025 filed under a certificate of urgency of even date. If the notice for the impugned meeting scheduled for 28 June 2025, was issued on 4 June 2025, the applicant ought to have moved to court promptly to give the respondents the opportunity to respond to the application before the court can consider giving any interim orders. In the circumstances of this case, the applicant has come to court a bit late. Accordingly, I decline to satisfy the application as urgent. I direct that the application be served for mention on 7 July 2025 for directions on the disposal of the application. It is so ordered.
