RULING
1. Whereas this file had been listed for revision of the applicant’s sentence in line with the judiciary’s prison decongestion exercise, I have upon perusal of the trial file MCTRE 6020/2025, established that the applicant Joseph Njuguna who was convicted of traffic offences and sentenced on 17th December 2025 to pay a fine of 10,000 or serve two months custodial sentence, has already served his term.
2. Premised upon the reasons aforesaid, this file is hereby marked as closed.
