I have considered the application dated 16.3.24. For reasons stated in the certificate of urgency, i certify matter as urgent.
On the material before court, am satisfied that temporary relief in terms of prayer 3 of the Notice of Motion is deserved. I make the following orders;
1. The application be served forthwith.
2. Response be filed within 14 days.
3, Prayer 3 is allowed in the interim pending hearing inter partes.
