RULING

1. Based on the submissions of the parties and the Decree dated 03.08.2023, the Court hereby allows the Application dated 09.07.2025 in the following manner;
2. An eviction Order be and is hereby granted to the Plaintiff to evict the Defendants herein from suit property known as L.R NANDI/LESSOS SETTLEMENT SCHEME/650 in line with the Judgment pronounce on 18.05.2023 and the Decree dated 03.08.2023.
3. That the OCS Lessos Police Station be and is directed to provide security to the Court Bailiff that will execute the eviction Order granted herein above.
4. The Defendants are condemned to pay costs of this application.
