SENTENCE REVIEW

1. This matter is before me for purposes of revision under the decongestion exercise by the Judiciary vide memo dated 13th March 2024.
2. The convict was sentenced to fine of Ksh 50,000 in default 6 months’ imprisonment for the offence of breaking into a building a committing felony c/s 306(a) of the Penal Code on 30th November 2023, He had been in custody from 19th May 2023.
4. The sentence is revised to period already served.
5. He be set at liberty unless otherwise legally held.
