I have considered the applicant's application dated 8 July 2024 filed under a certificate of urgency of even date. The suit is set for determination on 20 September 2024. If the action succeeds the applicants will be entitled to take whatever course is open to them to enforce the judgment. Accordingly, the court will not entertain any proceedings in the intervening before the delivery of its decision on 20 September 2024. It is so ordered.
