SENTENCE REVIEW
From Makueni CRC E571 of 2023
1. This matter is before me for purposes of revision under the decongestion exercise by the Judiciary vide memo dated 13th March 2024.
2. There are two convicts: JOHNSTONE MWANZA KIOKO, JOSEPH VAATI MUSYOKI were sentenced to fine Ksh 50,000 in default 6 months’ imprisonment on 28th December 2023 having been in custody from 15th November 2023
4. Their sentence is reduced to period already served.
5. The offenders are to be released from custody forthwith unless otherwise legally held
