i have read and considered the Notice of Motion dated 29th july 2026. I note that in prayer 2 of the motion, the applicant seeks interim conservatory orders of injunction and stay of execution in Sirisia PMCC No. E060 of 2024 and Sirisia PMCC No. E124 of 2024.
I am unable to give any directions or grant the interim orders sought since Sirisia PM's court does not fall under the supervisory jurisdiction of this court. And although the body of the application makes reference to a matter concluded in the lower court at Naivasha, the court cannot give directions on prayers that are not properly placed before it.
Consequently, i find that the application is incompetent and it is accordingly struck out with no orders as to costs.
