The application dated 26.08.2022 by the Advocates for judgment under section 52 of the Advocates Act is allowed as it is not opposed despite being served. Accordingly, judgment is entered for the Advocates against the Respondent for Kshs. 3,324,005.00 with interest at 14% per annum from 17.05.2022 until payment in full.
The Advocates are awarded costs of the application assessed to Kshs. 15,000.00 only.
