The Applicant’s application dated 31.03.2023 is allowed on terms that Summons shall issue to BHAGUBHAI BHAILAL RANCHOD to attend court for examination on the means of the Company to satisfy the judgment debt. in that regard he is directed to produce for examination all the books of account and other documentary evidence of GOPITEX KNITWEAR MILLS LIMITED.
