RULING

1. This matter was commenced in the year 2003 and has been in Court for a record 22 years.
2. In an effort to complete this hearing, the Plaintiffs were granted the last opportunity to put their house in order by preparing, filing and serving the documents within 30 days from 7.07.2025.
3. In the orders of 7.07.2025, if the Plaintiffs failed to comply, the suit stood dismissed as of 8.08.2025.
4. As it is clear the Plaintiff failed to file their documents within the prescribed time or seek for an extension before the time lapsed.
5. Consequently, the present suit stood dismissed on 8.08.2025.
6. Unless, the order of 7.07.2025 is reviewed and/or set aside with an order of reinstatement, this suit is closed.
