I have considered the application dated 2/5/24 and for reasons advanced, i certify matter as urgent. I make the following orders;
1. Application be served forthwith.
2. Response be filed in 14 days.
3. Supplementary affidavit if desired be filed within 5 days of service.
4. Prayer 2 is allowed in the interim pending hearing interpartes.
