'1. The debtor herein, John Kamande Ndungu, has moved to the Court vide a debtor’s petition dated 8th May 2025, in the Insolvency Cause, seeking an order that he be adjudged bankrupt and for a Bankruptcy Order to be made in respect of his estate.
2. I am satisfied that the Insolvency Cause was published in the Daily Nation Newspapers of 23rd May 2025 and no person or entity has come forward to oppose the said matter.
3. That being the case, I hereby grant the following orders –
(1) That the petitioner herein, John Kamande Ndungu, is hereby adjudged bankrupt;
(2) That a Receiving Order is hereby issued against his estate;
(3) That the Official Receiver is hereby appointed as the Trustee of the Petitioner’s estate; and
(4) That the costs of the application herein shall borne out of the debtor’s estate.
It is so ordered.
