RULING

  1. The application dated 7th September, 2024 is seeking for stay of the Ruling by the Trial Court emanating from an application dated 3rd June, 2024 which was dismissed.
  2. The application dated 3rd June, 2024 was seeking to set aside a judgement that had been pronounced by the trial court.
  3. This court is of the view that the ruling pronounced by the court on the 16th July, 2024 was a negative order which is not capable of being stayed.
  4. Consequently, the application dated 7th September, 2024 is not merited and is dismissed with costs.
