Upon peruasal of the application dated 21st March 2024, and for reasons stated in the certificate of urgency, i certify matter as urgent and admit it for hearing during the court's vacation.
On the material before me, am satisfied that interim relief in terms of prayer 2 is deserved. Accordingly, prayer 2 is allowed pending hearing interpartes.
